Not to be left behind in the area of sports, our students have won laurels for the college in National and State Championships. Our budding sports women are destined to win each championship they enter by virtue of their sheer grit and determination. In all, our champions have clinched 148 medals including 59 Gold, 39 Silver and 50 Bronze Medals this session, at various tournaments in diverse fields such as Baseball, Athletics, Judo, Softball, Badminton, Wrestling, Wushu, Kick-Boxing, Ball Badminton, Relay Races, Weight Lifting and Power Lifting at International, National, State, University and Inter-University levels.

College Wushu player Smily won Gold Medal in +81 Kg. Wt. categeroy in Ludhiana District Wushu Championship held at Saraswati Vidya Mandir on 5th  - 6th July, 2011. 

Smily won Gold Medal in Pb. State Wushu Championship held at Nakodar from 13th - 16th  July, 2011.

 College wt. lifters Mamta and Manjot participated in Pb. State Weight Lifting Championship held at Samrala on 16th - 17th July, 2011. Mamta won Gold Medal while Manjot won Bronze Medal in their respective wt. categories.

In Ludhiana School Distt. Judo Championship held on 25th - 26th July, 2011 at Guru Nanak Stadium, team won overall Championship with four Gold Medals. Pooja, Seema, Babita and Samriti won Gold Medal each in their respective weight categories.

Pooja, Babita, Seema and Samriti took part in Pb. State School Judo Championship held at Jalandhar from 1st - 5th August, 2011 and Samriti won Bronze Medal in 44 Kg. wt. category.

Nainy and Bhumika represented Pb. State in North Zone Jr. Athletic Championship held at Lucknow from 4th - 6th August, 2011. Bhumika won Gold Medal in Long Jump and Nainy Bala won Bronze Medal in 400 mts. Race.

Bhumika and Nainy Bala represented North Zone in the Inter-Zone National Athletic Championship held at Bhopal from 2nd - 6th September, 2011. Nainy Bala won Silver Medal in 4x400 mts. Relay Race and Bhumika won Silver Medal in Long Jump.

In Woman Sports Festival held at Guru Nanak Stadium from 1st - 3rd September, 2011 our College won overall Athletic Championship for third consecutive year by winning eight Gold Medals seven Silver Medals and three Bronze Medals. Ramandeep Kaur won Gold Medal in 1500 mts., Shivdeep Kaur won Gold Medal in 200 mts. and Silver Medal in 100 mts., Ramandeep Kaur won 2 Gold Medals in 110 mts. Hurdles & Long Jump, Ramandeep Kaur won Gold Medal in 400 mts. and Bronze Medal in 800 mts., Kulwinder Kaur won Gold Medal in High Jump, Jaspreet Kaur won Gold Medal in Javeline throw and Silver Medal in Discuss throw, Rajni won Silver Medal in 400 mts., Prabhveer Kaur won Silver Medal in 3000 mts. and Bronze Medal in 1500 mts., Amritpreet Kaur won Silver Medal in Javeline throw, Kiranjit won two Silver Medals in 400 mts. Hurdles & High Jump, Rajni won Bronze Medal in 110 mts. Hurdles.

College Athletes took part in the P.U. Cross Country Championship held at P.U., Chandigarh on 9th - 10th September, 2011. Our college won all II Position in the Championship.

Anjali, Ramandeep, Neha, Samriti, Babita, Seema and Pooja of represented North Zone SAI Centre in the Inter-Zone SAI National Championship held at Mumbai from 11th - 14th September, 2011. Pooja won Gold Medal in 40 Kg. Smriti won Silver Medal in 44 Kg. Ramandeep Kaur won Silver Medal in 57 Kg. and Bronze Medal in open wt. Seema, Anjali, Neha Sharma won Bronze Medal each in 51 Kg., 48 Kg. and 52 Kg. respectively.

Open Punjab State Athletics Championship was held at Sangrur from 19th – 21st September, 2011. Ramandeep Kaur, won Gold Medal in 800 Meter and Silver Medal in 400 mts. Ramandeep Kaur, won Gold Medal in Long Jump and Bronze Medal in Tripple Jump. Kulwinder Kaur won Gold Medal in High Jump. Nainy, won Gold Medal in 200 mts.. Bhumika of Gold Medal in Long Jump & Tripple Jump in u/20 age group. Gagandeep Kaur, won Silver Medal in Hammer Throw. Shivdeep Kaur of won two Bronze Medals in 200 Mts. and 400 mts. in u/18 age group.

College Judoka Garima Choudary represented India in the recently held Asian Games in China.
 

1 Silver and 1 bronze medal were won in Sr. National Kurash Championship at Kochin.  
 

1 Gold and 1 Bronze medal were won in All India Rajiv Gandhi Judo Gold Cup at Delhi.  
 

3 Gold were won in School Distt. Judo Championship at Ludhiana.  
 

2 Gold and one silver medal were clinched in the Punjab State School Championship at Ludhiana.  
 

1 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals were won in Jr. Punjab State Judo Championship at Taran Taran.  
 

3 gold and 3 bronze medals as well as the overall Judo championship was fetched by our judokas in the PU championship.  
 

1 gold and 1 bronze medals were in All India Inter University Judo Championship at Pune.  
 

1 gold medal was won in School National Judo Championship at Delhi.  
 

1 bronze medal was clinched in Judo Federation Cup at Vijaywara.  
 

1 silver medal was won in Youth National Basketball championship at Chandigarh.  
 

1 gold medal was brought home in NBA League Tournament at Ludhiana.  
 

1 bronze medal was won in Ludhiana Distt. Women Sports Festival at Ludhiana.  
 

1 silver medal was bagged in NBA League in Jr. Group. Also the Star Player Trophy was bagged by the college team.  
 

2 silver medals were bagged in Punjab State Women Sports Festival at Patiala.  
 

1 silver medal was brought home in Junior Basketball League tournament at Hoshiarpur.  
 

3 gold medals were bagged in the Rural Sports Meet at Village Gurhe.  
 

1 silver medal was won in Gujjarwal Sports Meet in Basketball.  
 

3 gold medals were brought home in Jharkher Rural Games.  
 

2 gold and 1 silver medal were won in Ludhiana Distt. School Cycling Championship at PAU.  
 

4 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medal were won in Panjab University Cycling Championship at PAU.  
 

2 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medal were won in Punjab State School Cycling Championship at Sangrur.  
 

1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medal were won in Open Punjab State Cycling Championship at Patiala.

  4 bronze medals in Badminton were won in Punjab State Women Sports Festival at Patiala.  
  1 silver and 2 bronze medals were won in PU Boxing Championship at Chandigarh.  
  1 gold and 3 bronze medals were won in Kila Raipur Sports in athletics.  
  1 gold medal was bagged in National Games held at Ranchi in Judo.  
  1 gold medal was won in Shaheed-E-Azam Bhagat Singh Punjab State Games in Basket Ball.
