We, at Guru Nanak Girls College, prepare the
students for their future by imparting quality education that
lays emphasis on their development from every perspective.
Every girl who joins the institute is adopted like a child by
the mentors and then unstoppable efforts are made to
accomplish the objective of exploring her hidden potentials.
We endeavour to prepare them meet the global competitive
standards by teaching them beyond the books. The young girls
are provided with ample opportunities to remodel themselves as
responsible citizens – 'the real asset of a nation'. I feel
immensely proud in recounting altitudinous achievements in the
session 2012-13.
The actual fortitude and motivation behind this prestigious
institution is the highly educated and farsighted visionary S.
Gurbir Singh, President, Guru Nanak Education Trust under
whose stewardship college has attained the highest pinnacles
of glory. His sincere dedication towards academic expansion
has eventualized into a superlative success. I admire the
continuous efforts of the competent teaching and non-teaching
staff members for their persistent cooperation throughout the
session in the harmonious functioning of the college. Last but
not least, I bow my head in veneration to the Almighty Supreme
Lord for instilling in us the power and potency to keep moving
ahead.
