To facilitate the smooth
functioning of the hostel working, certain committees are
constituted i.e. Mess Committee, Discipline Committee,
Cultural Committee, Excursion Committee, Cleanliness Committee
etc. In addition to this, block wise floor Incharges are
appointed to redress the grievances of the Hostellers. |

No guest is allowed to meet any
hostel resident without the visitor card. Visitors are allowed
to meet their wards only on Saturdays and Sundays. |

|
The Hostellers
are granted leave once in a month to visit their home. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
Hostellers who do
not have permission to go home alone will not be granted leave
by the warden to go home without their parents. Defaulters
will be expelled from the Hostel. |
|

|
|
|
|
No visitors other
than those whose names are specified in the visitor's card
will be allowed to visit the Hostellers. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
Hostellers going
home have to enter their home address with the warden before
the departure. Students are required to report back in the
Hostel at the scheduled date and time. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
Students of
junior classes will not be allowed to go to the market without
their parents' permission. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
Permission for
taking tuitions outside the college will not be granted. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
White Uniform is
compulsory on Monday. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
Market leave will
be allowed once a month only on Wednesday and Saturday
(afternoon). |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
Home leave will
be allowed once a month only on Saturday. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
The sick students
are not allowed to rest in their hostel room during the
college hours without the prior permission of the warden. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
Market leave
shall not be granted for at least one week after a student has
availed of home leave. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
In case a
hosteller is found quarrelling with her fellow inmates, her
parents will be called to meet the warden immediately. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
Hostellers are
not allowed to use electric iron, heater, rods, stereos etc. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
The photographs
on the identity cards need to be duly attested by the Village
Sarpanch/Nambardar or can be self-attested. In case of urban
residents these should be attested by the Councillor/self-attested. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
Identity Card can
be made only of the parents and real brothers and sisters. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
In case of any
grievance against the mess, canteen or the hostel Warden; the
Hostellers can contact the college Principal. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
Parents of the
Hostellers should meet the hostel warden once in a month to
discuss their ward's performance and other problems, if any. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
Hostellers are
prohibited from carrying their meals to their rooms. It is
mandatory to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in the dining
hall only. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
All lights of the
hostel rooms must be switched off after 12.00 pm. In case, the
hostellers want to study till late hours, they may use reading
hall for the same. |

| |
|
|
|
|
No
parents/guardians are allowed to meet their ward after 5.00
pm. Parents/guardians of the Hostellers may visit them as per
following schedule: |
