The faculty of the college remained actively engaged in pursuing higher echelons of excellence. Several members upgraded their qualifications while others delved in research pursuits by attending several refresher courses and orientation programmes. Two members attained their Doctorate in Philosophy. Four faculty members presented their Research Papers in National Seminar. Many lecturers cleared UGC-NET Exam. One of the Assistant Professors wrote a chapter in the book ‘History Perspective-II’. On 3rd March, 2013, three faculty members from Science Department participated in Poster Presentation in Chandigarh Science Congress and one faculty member won 2nd prize in Oral Presentation.
